WHAT IS LUXEPINEAPPLE POST?

The thrill of beauty discovery brought to you monthly by LuxePineapple  Each month we’ll send you 4 or more beauty and beauty lifestyle items packaged in a pretty pink box.

All LuxePineapple Post boxes are curated to a theme. We strive to incorporate seasonally appropriate pretties that work together.  We source from small independent companies all the way up to global brands and everything in between. 

We will on occasion include a deluxe sized/travel sized product if we think it's a must have.  Boxes can include anything in the makeup, skincare, hair care, beauty accessories, jewelry, clothing accessories, categories and more. 

HOW DO I GET THIS MONTHS LUXEPINEAPPLE POST?

Yay! We are so excited you want to be a part of LuxePineapple. If it's before the 26th of the month you will receive the current months box. If subscriptions have sold out, subscriptions will be open again on the 1st of the next month.

WHAT ARE THE SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?

All subscriptions are automatically recurring and can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and managing your options.

LuxePineapple Post Monthly Subscription: you are billed $24 every month.

LuxePineapple Post 6 Month Subscription:  you are billed $120 every 6 months

LuxePineapple Post 12 Month Subscription: you are billed $221.76 every 12 months.


HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Here’s the knitty gritty on billing: LuxePineapple Post subscriptions will renew depending on the subscription term selected.

Monthly Subscription: You will be charged $24 immediately, then charged $24 on the first of the next month and all consecutive months after unless cancelled.

6 Month Subscription: You will be charged $120 immediately and again on the first of the month that is 6 months later. Example: If you sign up for a 6 month subscription on April 1, you will receive April, May, June, July, August and September and be billed $120 again on October 1.

12 Month Subscription: You will be charged $221.76 immediately and again on the first of the month that is 12 months later. Example: If you sign up for a 12 month subscription on April 1 you will receive 12 monthly boxes and be billed $221.76 again on May 1 of the following year.. 

CAN I SEND LUXEPINEAPPLE POST AS A GIFT?

Yes! LuxePineapple Post makes an awesome gift.  Gift subscription purchases will only be billed one time, in full, for the amount of boxes you gift (6 or 12). Subscriptions purchased as a gift will NOT automatically renew after the last box is shipped.

WHEN DO I GET MY BOX?

Boxes start shipping on the 10th of each month. You'll receive tracking info via email. Boxes ship for free to all U.S. locations via USPS. We are currently only shipping to U.S. destinations. 

HELP! I NEED TO CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFO!

Easy Peasy. You can login to your account to manage your billing and shipping info. Please make any changes by the 26th of each month.

I NEED TO CONTACT LUXEPINEAPPLE!

Send us an email!  We respond to all emails in the order in which they are received. You can expect a prompt response within 24-48 business hours. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. You can reach the team at: customerservice@luxepineapple.com 

THIS MONTH WASN’T FOR ME. CAN I SEND IT BACK?

We are unable to take returns on boxes. You won't receive a refund if you send your box back. All purchases are final sale. 

We do love feedback. Let us know how we can improve and what you'd like to see in future boxes. We listen! 

HOW DO I CANCEL?

We would hate to see you go but it’s super easy to cancel. Login to your account to manage your subscription options.

If you have subscribed for a 6 or 12 month term your subscription will be cancelled after we have shipped all pre-paid boxes. When the last pre-paid box has shipped you won’t receive any more boxes.

Please make sure to cancel BEFORE the 26th of the month to make sure you aren’t billed for your next box. If you need any assistance we are more than happy to help! .

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax to our fellow Texas lovelies because we are proudly a Texas-based company!

LUXEPINEAPPLE REWARDS

You MUST be logged in to your account to earn points.

Rewards points are earned with all purchases and will be available on your account within 24 hours of order shipments. Rewards can be redeemed on any LuxePineapple Shop purchases. Shop orders will ship separately from LuxePineapple Post boxes. Rewards points are not valid on LuxePineapple Post subscriptions.

Coupon codes received prior to April 1, 2016 will not be valid on LuxePineapple Post subscriptions or purchases from the Pineapple Shop. Rewards points accrued prior to April 1, 2016 will be available for use by mid-April 2016.

THE PINEAPPLE SHOP

The Pineapple Shop will be restocked with new inventory monthly around the 15th.
